LEGO 7856 Left and Right Manual Points with Electric Rails Grey 12 V was a 16 piece Trains set released in 1980. It includes two switch-tracks and also called "Electric Points". It consists of a left and right manual railway switch (points) for 12V trains, along with sleeper plates, including a shorter 2x6 plate for the curved sections.
