LEGO 1496-1 Rally Car is a Town Racing set released in 1987, containing 52 pieces and 1 minifigure. The set includes a black rally car with red accents and a #2 racing livery, along with a driver minifigure wearing a matching red jumpsuit and black helmet. It was issued as a limited release and was also distributed as a bonus item with the purchase of set 1497 Racing Pitstop and Crew in one of the promotional bonus packs.
